Joomla Content Management System
Joomla's powerful content management system has set the standard for others to perform by and with literally thousands of extensions available, producing websites based on its options is usually quick and fairly easy. However, it is quite common that a current extension needs upgrading or an additional feature needs to be added to a current component, or possibly, you need to develop a new standalone option. eDango has provided all of these services before (take a look at our Webmaster Club options to preview some of the components we have developed!). We highly recommend Joomla for high end eCommerce websites with hundreds of products that need powerful solutions and functionality.
Wordpress Blog & Content Management System
Wordpress has emerged as the leader for content writing and blog platforms. Over the last year, the feature and functionality has expanded into being a full blown content management system option for users. While it is not recommended for eCommerce websites, it does allow for professional and business websites who wish to have discussion and communication with their customers an attractive option. The "blogging" style also ranks highly well with search engines and we recommend this as a stand alone option for large websites who need to focus on niche keywords and increasing organic rankings.
Standalone Software
eDango has developed several full web software platforms for clients and powerful solutions for a variety of industries. We are currently beginning to develop in standalone desktop software as well.
